We kicked off the program last week with 8 stoked kids ages 14 to 17, and we’re fired up to seeing the progression and welcoming new talents.

What a weekend it was down in Wolf Creek!

Bluebird weather, good coverage, chalky snow, dialed race course, ridgelines, steep booters, technical skintracks, flowy descends: this course has it all.

It strikes a balance between being technical & hard enough to please both novices and advanced.

It’s great to see more mountain runners getting to skimo, like UTMB winner Jim Walmsley, who raced both the Vertical & Individual.

Shoutout to Rocky Mountain Skimo and the 150+ racers, including the always fun Silverfork youth skimo crew from SLC!
