Our FREE SUMMER RUN SERIES in partnership with LA SPORTIVA is in full swing!

WEEK 4 last Thursday focused on STRENGTH TRAINING with TRAINING PEAKS and we ran a super fun VIEWPOINT/FLAGSTAFF LOOP, while WEEK 3 was all about INJURY PREVENTION 101 with KINESIS INTEGRATED and we ran a tough MT SANITAS LOOP.
