Welcome to Week 3 of Pre-Season!

Thanks to all 13 of you who joined for Week 2 of our 4-Week Pre-Season Training (open to all Club and Race Team members) on Sanitas, where we practiced double poling

Tomorrow morning, we will take on a Green Mountain loop up the steep way (counter-clockwide) with poles, practicing a variety of techniques we learned so far at a moderate effort (conversational but with some effort).

As part of Full Cycle’s Winter Kickoff Event, we’re getting the Boulder Skimo Club together!

Come meet and mingle with fellow Boulder Skimo Club members, reps from USA Skimo, Colorado Ski Mountaineering Cup, Friends of CAIC, Protect Our Winters, and many brands of the skimo and ski touring scene.

Earlier this year I wrapped up a 6-episode video series thanks to La Sportiva’s support, where we wanted to showcase the cadence of the seasons with a ski-focused mindset.
