Vibram USA is inviting Boulder Skimo to a VIP event to celebrate the launch of Altra’s Olympus 6 running shoe launch!

There will be shoe demos, media, a group run on Anemone led by Altra athletes, pizza and drinks.

Our FREE SUMMER RUN SERIES in partnership with LA SPORTIVA is in full swing!

WEEK 6 last Thursday focused on ‘RUNNER’S KNEE’ with NICOLE HAAS of BOULDER PHYSIO and we ran an Anemone CCW loop in the rain, while WEEK 5 was a special FUNDRAISER for the US SKYRUNNING WORLD CHAMPS TEAM on a fun Sunshine/Lion’s Lair lollipop.

Next week, for WEEK 7, we’ll have NED NED TRAIL FEST offering runners a special race entry discount, and as always:

We're busy planning our PRE-SEASON PROGRAM to expand on last year's 4-WEEKS PRE-SEASON COACHED TRAINING and 6-WEEKS EARLY-SEASON TRAINING (ON-SNOW).

Due to the uncertainty of early-season conditions, we're combining it all into one longer & more structured 2-MONTHS PRE-SEASON from the 2nd week of October to the 2nd week of December (pre-holidays).

It will be a mix of:

• On-Trail Coached Steep Hikes/Runs

• Indoor Coached Strength & Plyometrics Training

• VK Training Race Series

As on-snow conditions & events get finalized, we will expand to include on-snow programs.
