An 8-Week Skimo Specific Strength & Plyometrics program led by Kinesis Integrated to best prepare for the in-season.
Choose between:
IN PERSON OPTION:
1x weekly in person session (Thursdays at 5:3pm in Boulder)
3x weekly remote Strength & Mobility sessions (on your own time)
REMOTE OPTION:
2x weekly Strength sessions (on your own time)
2x weekly Mobility sessions (on your own time)

In person sessions will be held at Kinesis Integrated.
Remote sessions are via the Kinesis app.

In-person: minimum of 6 people, maximum of 12.

$320 for the 8-week block (Save $80 on the drop-in rate of $50/session).
