  • An 8-Week Skimo Specific Strength & Plyometrics program led by Kinesis Integrated to best prepare for the in-season.

    Choose between:

    • IN PERSON OPTION:

      • 1x weekly in person session (Thursdays at 5:3pm in Boulder)

      • 3x weekly remote Strength & Mobility sessions (on your own time)

    • REMOTE OPTION:

      • 2x weekly Strength sessions (on your own time)

      • 2x weekly Mobility sessions (on your own time)

  • From October 30 to December 18. 

  • In person sessions will be held at Kinesis Integrated.

    Remote sessions are via the Kinesis app.

    • In-person: minimum of 6 people, maximum of 12.

  • $320 for the 8-week block (Save $80 on the drop-in rate of $50/session).

  • Must be a Boulder Skimo MEMBER to join.

    • Strength training is key to improving muscle power and efficiency, translating directly to better movement economy and a reduced risk of injury.
